Stupid back injuries last forever. I am finally getting healthy after 2 years of struggling with my own. You remember all of that. So yeah H and I have been training well and I guess its starting to pay off I just won a gold medal in the bench at the worlds. Pretty crazy. Hope I see more of ya soon dawg. I miss the D-Man.
