UBC T-Birds hey? One of my best friends just finished there, RB Chris Ciezki. I played for the Edmonton Huskies and then University of Alberta GB. I have been lifting since high school. I noticed it made a huge difference in football to be bigger and stronger than everyone else and then I started to like lifting more than playing football.
