Height: Six-foot-four Weight: 299 pounds Hometown: Chatham, Ont. School: University of Windsor
What is life like as a man forced to shop in the big and tall section?
If you’re looking for style, you’ve got to settle for less at my size. If you want to order shoes, you go on the Internet. When I lived in southwestern Ontario, I always found myself in the States, because they have better availability for someone like me.
Do you have any hobbies?
I like to work on vehicles; I have a truck that’s my baby. I like fishing. I ‘m a major sportsman. Before training camp, I went fishing with my brother Dan, Tim Prinsen and Chris Morris. I used to be an avid hunter with a compound bow. I love golfing. In Calgary, I used to go down the Bow River on a raft. So I like anything outdoors, and I also enjoy having a quiet beverage among friends.
Favourite Movie:
The Natural, with Robert Redford.
Plans after football:
I like business. I invest in real estate, and I already have a couple of properties I own. I’ve run a few small businesses in the past. With the economy booming in Alberta through oil and gas, I would really like to make this home and get some sort of job in sales or consulting.
